Pressure Washing Process
- Utilize truck/trailer-mount commercial variable power washer
- Remove moss, algae, mildew, dirt, debris, grime, etc. as possible
- Variable power washer provides industrial power where needed and light pressure as needed to prevent damage
- Remove and/or dispose of debris utilizing drainage filters where necessary
- Please note that while we make every effort to remove stains in accordance with the specified process, some may not be removable
- Customer to remove breakables & personal items from service area as needed. While we make every effort to perform the services carefully, we are not responsible for unavoidable damages that may occur as a result of the specified process
- While we make every effort to prevent water intrusion, customer is advised to close all windows and doors securely and apply towels under doors and windowsills as needed to prevent water intrusion

What kind of equipment do you use for commercial pressure cleaning?
We use portable/truck/trailer mounted pressure washers up to 4000 PSI, hot and cold water, surface cleaners, high capacity water tanks, extractors and detergent/degreaser injectors. The variable PSI with hot water allows us to use industrial strength power and/or hot/cold water in the tougher areas and delicate pressure and/or hot/cold water in the fragile areas. When cleaning building exteriors we use a soft washing method by utilizing outdoor detergents or applying a liquid detergent injected throughout the pressure washing machine. This process allows us to achieve a deeper cleaning with minimal pressure to prevent damages to the building while cleaning.
